| Qns: What are the delivery charges for my orders? |

Shielder is based in Singapore and we will be providing free local express shipping for all our customers. Unfortunately, International shipping is not available at the moment. |

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal as seen on our checkout page. |
| Qns: How long will delivery take? |
|
Our express delivery is estimated to provide next-day delivery from purchase date. However, it may be subjected to delays due to non-working days/unexpected circumstances. |
| Qns: What happens after ordering? |

We would send a confirmation order for your review and start to process with your orders. After your orders are processed and ready for delivery, we would then send a notification email to inform you that your parcel would be arriving. *Note: Notification email would only be available to customers who filled in their email address upon checking out. |

| Qns: How do i place my orders? |

Simply press the "Add to Cart" button that can be found on our product page and be re-directed to your shopping cart to review on the item(s) that you have selected. Then, press on the "check out" button and proceed to make your payment. Before so, you would be required to fill up the relevant information (E.g.: Billing Address) and your desired payment method. Then, move on to complete your order and you would successfully place an order with us. Note: You may locate your shopping cart at the top right hand corner of our webpage as well. |
